Don't recommend for family travelers
The room and bathroom were spacious way bigger than I expected. The breakfast spread had pretty good options that kept us energized for the day. The staff in the dining area tried to help when they could, but there seemed to be way too many guests for the number of servers.
It wasn't a bargain for what we got in return.

No complains at all, I could n't recommend more, enjoyed it. Everything was really good, magnificent location near the centre, and restaurant ready to help Sandeep and Tanya, attentive staff. The room was brand-new and reasonably large on the tea tray, I had a good rest. The breakfast was plentiful and large, the check in was early. There was a spa lounge available along with a swimming pool and a patio.

More comfortable seating areas for seniors would help.

Nice stay, but room for improvement
The service could be much better, I encountered delays and grumpy staff during breakfast, which took away from the overall experience. While the hotel has great potential, a bit more attention to detail and customer service would elevate the stay significantly.

During my family's stay, we really appreciated the elegant design and spacious rooms. The personalized touches like welcome notes, and the breakfast buffet was a hit with delicious options for everyone, including my husband.
In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use better supervision for the kids' safety.

The breakfast spread was a delight, packed with fresh fruits and local delicacies that took my tastebuds on a trip! Plus, the building itself oozes charm. It's a feast for the eyes!
The service took a serious nosedive-staff were rude and inattentive. Rooms were in desperate need of an update. Old linens and squeaky floors had me feeling like I stepped into a time warp.

The breakfast spread was good and fresh.
The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom was filthy with stains and dirt everywhere. I was also woken up multiple times by staff knocking for service that I never requested. To top it all off, the front desk staff were unhelpful and disorganized.

The location right by the airport makes it super convenient. Breakfast spread was fantastic. Fresh fruits and different local options were good. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and made dining more enjoyable. Some areas need attention. Our room felt dated with old linens and a musty smell. Tried to get some help at the front desk about a few issues, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. Had to request missing towels multiple times. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found dusty corners and dirty mugs. One of the guests had issues with hot water taking ages to warm up in their room. While the charm of the hotel shines through in certain places, the service and room upkeep didn't meet expectations.
